Experience the rich tradition of postpartum care.
Ever After Postpartum Care continues a sacred tradition that has supported new parents for generations. In many cultures, mothers, sisters, and wise women would gather around a family after birth—helping with the baby, offering guidance, and ensuring the new parent can rest and recover. As a postpartum doula, I bring the same spirit of care, with professional training, up-to-date knowledge, and evidence-based care.
Unlike help from friends and relatives, a postpartum doula provides expert, non-judgmental support that focuses on your entire family’s needs. I provide gentle newborn care, emotional support, infant feeding assistance, and practical help as you adjust to life with a new baby.(Without any judgment or unsolicited advice!)
Testimonials
“Hannah was an absolute angel for our family. From the moment she walked into our home, she had a calming presence that put all of us at ease. Hannah was patient, caring and kind. Each night she came was a gift for our son but for me as well. She would always check in with me and my husband and showed genuine care and compassion for each of us. Hannah was amazing and a blessing to our family. I’m deeply grateful for her and she will always have a special place in our hearts. I would highly recommend Hannah. She is simply wonderful!”
— Malerie (Phoenix, AZ)“One of the greatest gifts as new parents was Mrs. Hannah as a postpartum doula! We knew going into this new season of parenthood would pose some unique challenges so having a village to support us was essential and we could not have asked for someone better than Hannah! We truly view Hannah as an extension of our family and felt our daughter was in the most capable hands we deeply trusted - you can’t put a price tag on the peace of mind a postpartum doula provides while getting some much needed rest in the trenches”
— Brooke (Scottsdale, AZ)“We chose to work with Hannah because of her expertise working with newborns and medical background. We were comforted knowing we could ask her questions without being met with judgment or bias...Hannah demonstrated so much kindness and took exceptional care of my son and I. She also loved on our fur babies as well!”

Nights typically begin with a gentle check-in. We'll talk about how the day went, how your baby is doing, and your mental health. Together, we'll settle on a feeding plan for the night, and then you're free to shower, decompress, and sleep without interruption while I care of your baby's every need. Before I leave in the morning, I'll share a brief recap of the night and any observations or suggestions to carry you through the day.

Yes! I hold an active Arizona nursing license and am certified as a Postpartum and Infant Care Doula through ProDoula.

I am fully prepared to support you and your baby with any feeding plan! During our prenatal visit, we’ll discuss your goals for both feeding and sleep.
Overnight, I’ll provide support with latching, positioning, pumping and hydration. Once your baby finishes feeding, I’ll change, burp, and soothe your baby so you get as much sleep as possible!

The support that's right for you depends on how you manage sleep deprivation, whether you have other little ones at home, your mental health background, and what your broader support network looks like. Some families find that one night a week for a few weeks is just right; others benefit from 100 nights across the first year — and both are completely valid.
We'll explore your needs and goals together during our consultation call. On average, 2-3 nights per week over 6-8 weeks carries most families through the most vulnerable, challenging stretch. Over half of my families extend overnight care beyond the initial package.
